Taking a look at the second T20 of the tri-series taking place between South Africa and New Zealand today, 16 July 2025 at the Harare Sports Club in Zimbabwe with start of play at 13:00 SAST.

A slightly experimental South African side cruised past Zimbabwe in the 1st T20 on Monday after some top-order batting wobbles and now takes on New Zealand missing the dangerous Finn Allen.

The sportsbooks have looked at the pitch in Harare and feel that it’s going to be a bit of a dog and indeed in the past it has been a bit on the slower side.

I’d have preferred backing the more experienced New Zealand side, but at 1.60, it’s just too short for me. So I’m looking for some value in this game instead.
